By accessing and using our website you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
Use of the Website
- You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms.
- You are responsible for keeping your account information, including your email and password, confidential.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering and checking out.
- You may not use the website for unlawful or unauthorised purposes, attack or overload our servers, upload malware, or abuse the community.
Product Information and Pricing
- Genie Render is a path-traced 3D rendering application for macOS (and Windows when released), sold as a monthly or yearly subscription. Prices are shown on our pricing page.
- We strive to keep descriptions and prices accurate but do not guarantee that they are error-free. Features may change as the software develops, and beta builds are provided as-is.
- Prices may change; changes apply from your next renewal after notice. A free 7-day trial may be offered, and trial renders carry a watermark.
Orders and Payments
- By placing an order you make an offer to purchase the selected subscription. The order is accepted when payment succeeds and your access is issued.
- We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including pricing or product errors or suspected fraud, in which case any payment is refunded.
- You agree to provide valid payment information and authorise us (through our payment provider) to charge the subscription price, including any applicable taxes, at purchase and at each renewal until you cancel.
- Payments are handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
Delivery of the Service
This is a digital product; nothing is shipped. After successful payment, access is delivered electronically: an account is created or updated for your purchase email, you receive an email with instructions, and you can download the software and sign in to the app with your account. Delivery is normally immediate. If you do not receive access, contact us.
Licence
While your subscription is active we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software on the number of computers (seats) included in your plan. The app periodically checks your licence online; if it cannot be verified for an extended period, paid features lock until it can. You may not share your login, resell or sublease access, reverse engineer or circumvent licensing, or remove watermarks or notices.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your Content
You keep all rights to your scenes, models and rendered images and may use renders commercially. Content you post publicly (forum, gallery) remains yours, but you give us a licence to display it on the site. Third-party assets bundled with or linked from the software are subject to their own licences.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials on our website and in the software, including text, images, logos, graphics and code, are protected by intellectual property rights and are the property of 3DNipuna or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute or modify them without our prior written consent, except as these terms permit.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall 3DNipuna, its owners, employees or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits arising from your use of our website or software. The software is provided "as is"; rendering results depend on your hardware and content, so please back up your work. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment.
Amendments and Governing Law
We may modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time; the current version is always on this page, and continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have locally.
